This past weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the New Taste of the Upper West Side – Divine Desserts event in NYC. The event was fantastic! It was set in a tent near the Museum of Natural History and had representation from many of the Upper West Side’s greatest restaurants. The photo above was from Pappardella and was a Lime Panna Cotta, with a Rhubarb Jam and Pignoli Brittle. Already I see what I’m learning in pastry school come to fruition. Remember the magical #3 I was talking about? This little cup packed 3 flavors and 3 textures and was delicious!
There were tons of other great desserts there, but this one was my favorite. If you’re in NY next May when this event comes around, I definitely recommend going!
