Passover desserts have a tendency to look delicious, but taste like cardboard. Each year I’m excited to try some new ones, but am always disappointed. Last night, I finally found something that I liked which was a piece of matzah with some caramel and chocolate smeared on top. I am so excited because randomly, while browsing around today, I somehow found this as Smitten Kitchen’s post!
